Customer Testimonials
Marcus T. — Old Dixie Neighborhood, Full Roof Replacement
After a severe storm tore through our neighborhood last spring, I called three roofing companies for estimates. ExP Roofing LLC was the only one that came out the same day and gave me a written, itemized quote without any pressure. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would and finished our full replacement in two days. They cleaned up every nail and scrap before leaving, and the new shingles look incredible. I’ve already recommended them to four of my neighbors on Old Dixie Drive.
Diane R. — Forest Park Historic District, Leak Repair
I have an older home in the historic section of Forest Park and was nervous about finding a contractor who would be careful with the original structure. ExP Roofing LLC took the time to understand my concerns before touching anything. They identified the source of a leak I’d been chasing for two years and fixed it properly the first time. The technician walked me through everything they found and showed me photos on his tablet so I could see exactly what was happening. Honest, skilled, and respectful of my home — I couldn’t ask for more.
Jerome and Keisha W. — Lake Doris Estates, Gutters and Roof Tune-Up
We hired ExP Roofing LLC to replace our gutters and do a full roof inspection before we listed our home for sale. They completed both jobs in one visit, which saved us a ton of scheduling headaches. The inspector who reviewed the home for our buyer had zero concerns about the roof, and we believe that helped close the deal faster. The price was fair and matched the quote exactly. We’ll be calling them again when we’re settled into our new place.
Sandra M. — Conley Road Area, Insurance Claim Assistance
Navigating a hail damage insurance claim felt overwhelming until ExP Roofing LLC stepped in. They documented every bit of the damage and worked directly with my insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. I ended up getting approved for a full replacement that I didn’t even know I qualified for. The installation was clean and fast, and the new roof looks better than the original. This company genuinely advocates for the homeowner, not just for a quick paycheck.
Anthony B. — Ash Street District, Flat Roof Repair
I own a small rental property in Forest Park with a flat roof that had been causing problems for years. Other contractors patched it multiple times with no lasting results. ExP Roofing LLC diagnosed the root cause — improper drainage slope — and corrected it along with the membrane repair. It’s been eight months and the roof has been completely problem-free through heavy rain. My tenant is happy, I’m happy, and my maintenance costs have dropped significantly. These guys actually solve problems instead of just treating symptoms.
Patricia G. — Rex Road Corridor, New Construction Roofing
We used ExP Roofing LLC for a new build just off Rex Road and were impressed from start to finish. Their team coordinated seamlessly with our general contractor and stayed on schedule even when material deliveries ran a day late. The workmanship passed inspection without a single correction required. They were communicative throughout the entire process and followed up after completion to make sure we were satisfied. Finding a contractor this reliable for new construction is genuinely rare in this area.
Calvin D. — Forest Park Town Center Area, Emergency Roof Repair
A fallen tree limb during a thunderstorm left a hole in my roof on a Thursday night. ExP Roofing LLC had a crew at my house by Friday morning with a temporary cover and a full assessment. Permanent repairs were completed the following Monday. In a stressful situation, their calm professionalism made a real difference. They kept me informed at every step and handled everything with urgency and care. I would not hesitate to call them again for any roofing need.

Our Ratings Across Review Platforms
ExP Roofing LLC maintains a 4.9-star rating on Google, where the majority of our Forest Park customers share their experiences after project completion. We are BBB accredited, reflecting our commitment to ethical business practices, transparent pricing, and responsive customer service. Our Yelp profile offers additional verified feedback from homeowners across the Forest Park area.
When choosing a roofing contractor, verified reviews matter because they reflect real outcomes on real homes — not curated marketing copy. Look for contractors with a high volume of recent reviews, not just a handful of older ones. Pay attention to how a company responds to any negative feedback; a professional, solution-focused reply says as much about a contractor’s character as five-star praise does. Check that reviews mention specific details: project types, timelines, crew behavior, and post-job communication. Vague reviews with no specifics can be unreliable. ExP Roofing LLC encourages every customer to leave an honest review because we’re confident our work earns it every time.
