We had a wonderful experience with ExP!! From start to finish, we have zero complaints. Keino Jones came to our home on Wednesday Feb 11th. He was very… More thorough and very patient. He was very knowledgeable and definitely put our minds at ease about choosing this company over other competitors. Our roof was completely installed 2 days later on Friday Feb. 13th. We also had major wood damage on every side of the chimney so we got the wood replaced, siding replaced, and the chimney repainted. Jose', Terrace, and the rest of the on-site team were the best; The professionalism and workmanship is definitely unmatched. I also have to mention that our roof was 20 years old and had never been replaced. We knew we needed to get the roof replaced, but thought we could not afford it. ExP has multiple options available to customize any family's budget. If you're straddling the fence, hop off and give them a call. You will not disappointed.

He also added a generous discount and threw in replacement boards. I truly appreciate their honesty, kindness, and dedication. I’ve used EXP Contractors a few times over the years for my roofing needs. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and provided exceptional service.… More I would definitely use EXP in the future if needed!
My first experience working with ExP Contractors, LLC was excellent!! The owner Tony is what I call a “hands on” contractor who vets his subcontractors… More and keeps tabs on them when working on projects. This past Monday 11/2/2020, after a rigorous bidding process and several visits to my house to ensure there was a full understanding of what I wanted and needed, Tony provided me with a subcontractor to add a combination of blown in and rolled insulation up to code in the unfinished areas in the attic of my home.Javier and his crew showed up within the window of arrival time and got right to work. Javier is friendly, easy to talk to, all while maintaining a professional demeanor. I was impressed that he took precautions to ensure the carpeting on the stairs leading up and the other finished areas of the attic space were protected with plastic taped down to keep it clear of debris. It took under 4 hours to complete the job and I was surprised that Tony actually stopped by about half way through to check on the progress. This was very reassuring for me to know that he wants to ensure his subs are doing the job as planned. When Javier was finished with the tasks, he showed me the finished work areas and took pictures to show me the nooks and cranny areas not visible without crawling into the eaves. My specific requests were upheld in every way from the R value of the insulation, as well as where I wanted insulation blown in and where I wanted the rolled insulation placed. When I gave the thumbs up for my satisfaction, the clean-up was quick and thorough and all plastic floor coverings and debris was removed. Javier did a most excellent job!!I highly recommend ExP Contractors to provide top notch customer service and the delivery of well executed projects for your home. I will be using ExP to assist me with providing contractors for future home projects and have every confidence they will be able to handle them at a fair price and to my satisfaction.Thank you Tony and Javier!!
